A huge shoutout to Joe Nadhum for his exceptional service! He made this experience the best I’ve ever had out of the 15 vehicles I’ve purchased throughout my life. Brought my 2022 Dodge Durango in for a warranty repair and a few other concerns last week, and to say the least, their treatment and level of care were exceptional. The service manager was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and listened to every concern I had in detail. The entire department, including the technician who worked on my vehicle (Jordan), was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you to the entire team for your level of professionalism. Thank you Amanda, Austin, and the rest of the team for being so nice and fixing all the issues I had. Hands down the best dealership in Windsor!!
